AccessLine is a good option for small businesses that want low costs and don't require the most advanced features. Their enhanced security features along with the support of both old and modern phones makes them a great all rounder for any business wanting to upgrade an older set-up into an VoIP system. SmartVoice Service requires a minimum of 6 phone lines when using analog phones so it's probably best to upgrade to digital phones when using this system. Especially when digital phones are steadily dropping in price.

Medium range hosted plan from established vendor with the additional bonus of supporting existing analog phones. Not just set out to help the larger business with it's options for smaller companies. Convad offer a very simply interface which enables the user to regain alot of control over their dealings, making simple telephone operations, adds, and changes straight away without needing any specialized resources or service calls. Using their own network to exclusively handle call traffic to help ensure that user call quality isn't affected even when there's a high volume of data transfered. This is different to some providers who simply piggyback on other companies networks. They offer a great, unique service that can help any business meet it's needs. If there was any concern it would be that they're slightly lacking on the technical support side but with their easy installation process it isn't always necessary to be as reliant on this as with other companies.

Solid support from the Speakeasy team, the hardware is good and very reliability. The main problem with this system is that it does not support existing analog phones. There's no PBX to buy, lease or maintain. One vendor for all your voice and data needs. The system contains a very simple to use software console that allows a front desk receptionist or group administrator to view phone line status (idle, busy, do not disturb) and call information and route incoming calls. Making it a very straightforward service to use while the technical support offered indicates that if help is needed a team will be there to give you any assistance you require.
